I ordered two neckties I have not received the white one I pay for both but I haven’t received But one

The ensemble was beautiful! It was for my son for a wedding and it was just as shown and fit him perfectly. He wears a 3xl but I sized up to 4xl and I’m sooooo happy I did, fit perfectly.
