How do I change my purchase items?
Before shipping: You can email us to change your item to any other design available on our website.
After receiving your order: Please return the original package. We will send the replacement item once we receive your return.
Note:
Clearance or Special Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For non-quality-related exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:.
Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
All returns/exchanges must include the original receipt, and any refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email or through our contact page before returning the product. Do not ship any items back without authorization.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
Please keep the item and all packaging.
With your cooperation and photos, we will investigate and send any necessary replacements.
Shipping Costs:
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
If the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns).
No restocking fees will be charged.
We typically process refunds within 48 hours after receiving your return.

The ties will be for an event in May. They arrived promptly. Looking at the ties thru the packaging, everything looked as expected. I will not take the ties out yet due to having to transport them.

I ordered something like 9 or 10 of these ties, some with hankerchiefs, some with cuff-links. They arrived within a reasonable time and were very attractive. All of the colors are vibrant and lively. I can wear them to Court or in any other formal setting as they are simultaneously stylish and professional. I look forward to ordering more of these ties when the need (or even just the desire) arises.
