How do I change my purchase items?
Before shipping: You can email us to change your item to any other design available on our website.
After receiving your order: Please return the original package. We will send the replacement item once we receive your return.
Note:
Clearance or Special Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For non-quality-related exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:.
Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
All returns/exchanges must include the original receipt, and any refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email or through our contact page before returning the product. Do not ship any items back without authorization.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
Please keep the item and all packaging.
With your cooperation and photos, we will investigate and send any necessary replacements.
Shipping Costs:
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
