After receiving your order: Please return the original package. We will send the replacement item once we receive your return.

I wish you would just sell just the neckties, and offer the pocket square and cuflinks as an add-on option. I will likely never wear the accessories, as none of my shirts accept cuff links; and when I go formal, I have a black tux that I would wear.
The tie is really nice and it looks good. I would’ve gave it a five but I was a little disappointed that the tie was mixed with polyester and not pure silk.
